Please note that all calls to Customer Services will be charged at the local rate . Inbound and outbound calls may be recorded for quality monitoring and training purposes.

“Conditions” means these terms and conditions and the Special Conditions; “Product” means a product displayed for sale on the Website; “Product Description” means that part of the Website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided; “Special Conditions” means the terms and conditions in the Product Description; “Users” means the users of the Website collectively; “Personal Information” means the details provided by you on registration; “We/us” means www.dukite.com; “Website” means the website located at www.dukite.com or any subsequent URL which may replace it; “Cookies” means small text files which our Website places on your computer’s hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer.

Shipping & Delivery

 At www.dukite.com we work hard for you to enjoy your gear and never miss out on a  session. We strive to fulfill your order within one working day of confirmation (subject to payment authorization and stock availability). If there is any delay for any reason, we will let you know as soon as we can.

UAE Shipping

Orders for next day delivery must be made by noon, Sunday to Thursday. Deliveries are based on standard working days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Public Holidays). We offer Same Day Delivery, and Friday/Saturday Delivery on selected items.

Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as “Damaged” and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’.

It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in perfect condition before signing.

If the goods are damaged and not singed for as such, KitesurfDubai.ae cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

Please note that free shipping is only applicable to items priced at full retail and only valid on selected discounted items.

International Orders

The shipping charges provided during checkout or quoted separately by our customer representatives is for shipping of the order into your country only. Each country has its own import charges and/or VAT.

Unfortunately, if dukite.com sends an item out and it is then rejected by the customer due to these import charges you will receive the full refund for the item when it is returned to dukite.com minus the total shipping and returns costs.

Middle East Shipping

Standard shipping (1 to 3 weeks) is offered on all except bulky items (kiteboards and large bags).

Express Shipping (1 to 5 business days)

Global Shipping

Standard Shipping (2 to 6 weeks) is offered on all except bulky items (kiteboards and large bags), not available to Yemen, Syria, Iraq and Israel.

We currently provide Express Shipping (2 to 5 business days) to 221 countries Worldwide. Service unavailable to Iran, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen and Israel.

All rates are exclusive of VAT. Duties & Taxes are billed separately. Ancillary charges, surcharges and dimensional weight calculations apply.

Lessons cancelation and rescheduling policy 

-Customers are allowed to cancel and reschedule the lessons 48h hours before appointment with no cancellation fee .

-Dukite reserves the right to call off the lesson at any given moment due to hazardous or light wind conditions

-Cancellation less than 48hours from fixed appointment is subject to 50% deduction

-Same day bookings are required to make payment online .

-Same day bookings are not cancellable and non refundable but can be rescheduled .

-All vouchers or lessons packages or single lessons purchased online or through the store should be started within 3 month of purchase and must be completed within 6 month of the start date .if not started within 3 months it expires and if not complete within 6 month all the remaining lessons are expired .

– Lessons are not refundable , transferable or converted to any sort of credit once expired .
